Helical, helical worm, and helical bevel gearbox designs
provide highly efficient and highly durable power transmission
solutions in both right angle and inline shaft configurations.
A modular design results in an extensive list of mounting
and connection options. |

Worm gears provide highly reliable power transmission for general purpose applications. Sizes RT 28 through 85 are available in aluminum housing and sizes RT 110 through 150 are available in cast iron housing. |

A wide range of output ratios and torques are available
in either an inline or bevel planetary gearbox. They
are available with male and female output configurations,
and the modular construction allows for many mobile
and industrial applications. This product line includes
wheel drives and slew drives as well. |

Featuring low backlash and low transmission error,
this right angle spiral bevel gearbox program offers
the widest range of sizes, ratios, and shaft configurations

Tandler right angle shaft phasing gearboxes are especially
designed for applications requiring timing, positioning,
registration, or narrow-range speed control. Incremental
output shaft angular phase changes and continuous 360
degree correction are possible. Low backlash models

Cycloidal Drives
Cycloidal drives have a rolling motion that contributes to minimal friction and high efficiency. Single stage efficiency approaches 93%, and double stage efficiency approaches 86%. Unlike involute gear mechanism which has only 1 or 2 teeth to absorb the entire shock load with possible gear teeth breakage, at least 66% of ring gear rollers and cycloidal disc lobes share the shock load under compression. |

Zero backlash shaft couplings are available in two
versions. Bellow coupling designs are for high rigidity
and low inertia. Elastomer insert jaw coupling designs
are for vibration absorption and applications requiring
